Kollywood’s dissatisfied list of festival entries
goa International Film Festival , tamil films, priyadarshan’s Kanchivaram, vishnuvardhan’s Billa, balaji Sakthivel’s Kalloori, anjathey, subramaniapuram
Perhaps, that makes us more gleeful of over long-listed queue of Tamil films making its way for Goa International Film Festival to be held this year. Priyadarshan’s Kanchivaram winning laurels across various countries has been nominated for the category of best film. Along with that would be accompanying Vishnuvardhan’s Billa, Balaji Sakthivel’s Kalloori and Tamil’s first Metro Film ‘Mudhal Mudhal Mudhal Varai’. "Are ‘Billa’ and ‘Kalloori’ really worthy of getting nominated for the Film Festival? If so on what category?" asks of the happening celebrities of Tamil film industry. Also adds, "If best flicks like Mysskin’s ‘Anjathey’ and Sasi Kumar’s ‘Subramaniapuram’ were selected, it would have been a real pride for Tamil film industry"
